@stegodon trying to follow your project. But I can’t seem to see your posts in my instance.

With #CloudflareDown I wonder if #Cloudflare purposely did it to test its reach? Who’s next? #Github?

@the Found your status because of #Cloudflare, but your username made me re-think: I should have used @the instead.

With #CloudflareDown for like 3 hours today, it’s time to re-think my relying too much on #Cloudflare. I’m not using X/Twitter any longer, but here’s how this downtime affected my life today:

  • ChatGPT
  • client.pushover.net
  • Online banking
  • My own domains (and subdomains) that have my DNS record proxied (orange toggle) on Cloudflare

I loved Racknerd. But I might just need to let go of some of my services I have hosted with them. I just needed to streamline all my VPS and shared server subscriptions.

Finally took the plunge on the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra… in 2025. At ₱41,490 (down from its ₱84,990 launch price), the 18-month wait was worth it. Still flagship specs, but at half the cost.

@david Thanks. I was just worried something is wrong with how I run it. Apparently that’s normal. Thanks anyway.

22:23

@daj I’m just wondering if that’s normal. Apparently it is. Thanks.

@wyeknottslandingear I like Commafeed better than FreshRSS.

From Senate website: web.senate.gov.ph/∞

Senator Bam Aquino filed Senate Bill No. 1330 to establish a National Budget Blockchain System that will make every peso of public funds traceable, transparent, and auditable in real time. The measure tasks DICT, DBM, and COA to create a blockchain-based system with a public portal, enabling citizens and oversight bodies to monitor budget allocations and prevent hidden or fraudulent projects.

Oh great, because what the national budget really needs is a sprinkling of blockchain magic—surely the same tech behind rug pulls, pump-and-dumps, and “decentralized” scams will finally fix government accountability.
