Received this email from #GreenCloudVPS:

We would like to inform you about an upcoming data center migration for our SG DC1. As of April 2025, our current SG DC1 upstream provider, Datacamp/CDN77, will cease operations at Digital Realty (formerly known as Cyxtera), the facility where our rack is currently located. As a result, we will be relocating our rack to a new upstream provider, xTom, at Global Switch Tai Seng.

The migration is scheduled to take place in mid-March 2025. During this process, we anticipate a service outage lasting approximately 12–24 hours. No data or IP addresses will be affected. We will provide the exact date and time in a follow-up email once confirmed.

I just hope this happens at night. This server is so important to me it runs several important scripts. And hopefully, the outage won’t take that long.

Support for multiple domain names is in the roadmap for #PangolinTunnel. Hopefully it’ll be implemented soon. docs.fossorial.io/∞

#Kopia is great. At least it didn’t fail me so far. However, here are my gripes about it:

  1. You need to run separate instances if you want to use multiple repositories
  2. The cache and logs folders can bloat that they sometimes occupy significant server storage.

It keeps me wondering, if I’m gonna install #PangolinTunnel, why not go directly with #CloudflareTunnel?

#Blinko now has a plugin system, and the first plugin available in the marketplace is my requested feature, a permalink to my notes! How cool is that?! github.com/∞

Docker WordPress in SQLite

This repository provides always up-to-date WordPress Docker images with SQLite support, making it the best choice for quick development, testing, and small-scale deployments.
This is a good alternative indeed, especially if you’re the only user in your WordPress blog anyway.

I think the only thing keeping from going full on #Blinko is its absence of permalink for your notes, where I can easily go back to them easily using permalink link. Why do I always have to search for my notes when I should have known already where to find them?
