@royal You can use multiple family members access and work on the same #ActualBudget budget file. However, there’s no indicator who added/edited what, regardless if you have OpenID enabled.

OpenID is necessary if you want different people to have different login credentials. But I think this is useful only if you want to restrict access of different users across different budget files.

Looking at the support channel of #ActualBudget on Discord, a lot of issues is about the bank sync. Is this really the selling point of Actual? Do you really have a lot of bank or credit card transactions that you can’t keep up with just manually encoding them? If that’s the case, can’t you just download the csv, transform them accordingly and upload to Actual instead?
