Read this list Go’s and No Go’s in real estate developments in the Philippines, for my future reference:

Go’s:

• Alveo Land is good being Ayala’s upscale
• Avida is also okay being Ayala’s mid. Nuvali is a great community centered development.
• DMCI, good design and consistent in terms of quality. I’ve been to several of their developments and they’re one of the most decent ones.
• Filinvest is somewhat on Avida’s level.

No Go’s:

• SMDC. Well, cockroach farm. Imagine that scene from Snowpiercer.
• Empire East developments. Imagine Avida but wayy worse in quality.
• Vista Land developments, anything by Villar. Dont even think about it.
• Megaworld. Lack of maintenance, issues of substandard materials, flooding, falling ceilings, etc.
