Facebook gave its homepage a makeover …again. Last Friday the social networking site quietly rolled out some fairly significant changes to the way information is displayed on your homepage. The updates make the default feed more like it was before the last major homepage overhaul, but the changes aren’t without some issues, and they have sparked some backlash among Facebook users.

Tornado destroys 44 houses in Iloilo →
ILOILO – A tornado ripped through houses and streetlights in Pototan, Iloilo Wednesday, raising concern that local officials may declare a state of calamity in the area.
Initial reports said the tornado damaged 44 houses in Barangay Pajo in Pototan, Iloilo Wednesday afternoon. Of the 44 houses, 16 were totally destroyed while 28 were partially damaged.

Storytlr will stop operating on December 31st 2009 →
The title says it all, we have decided to stop operating Storytlr in 10 weeks, on December 31st 2009. The reason is simple: our lives have moved on, kids were born, house were bought, new projects appeared and we don’t have time anymore to operate this service properly.
The Storytlr service would have otherwise been a great service. I may not have been able to fully utilize the service, but...

I have observed in the past few weeks that it has been like a norm for people to post comments or reactions even before reading the whole context of the article. I don’t know what you call this kind of habit.
If I post an excerpt in facebook, it means you should follow the link and read the whole article. Don’t presume the context by just the title.
